1993 Registration of Adval JSC as a tunnel construction company.

1999 Acquisition of Stroyinject JSC, a specialist in geotechnical engineering. The company
is indirectly owned by Italian and Austrian investors through “Ruskala Hafi” JSC.
2001 Incorporation of SB Engineering JSC, specialising in reinforced concrete works.
2003 Adval JSC buys out the Italian share in Stroyinject JSC.
The company enters the construction market in Spain.
Separation of TKM – tunnels, structures, metals JSC from SB Engineering JSC.
2005 Bulgarian shareholder buys out Austrian shares in Adval JSC and Stroyinject JSC.
2007 New organizational structure formed, preparations start for IPO. (pending plan)
2008 Registration of Euro Alliance Holding JSC.
TKM – tunnels, structures, metals JSC is renamed Euro Alliance Engineering JSC.
Branch office is registered in Romania.
2009 A company is established in Macedonia – Euro Alliance Macedonia Ltd.
First projects in Greece – Tunnel T2 and Tunnel Ambelia.
2011 The company enters the construction market in Serbia.
A company is established in Serbia – Euro Alliance Serbia Ltd.
2012 The company enters the construction market in Finland.
First project is the Kolsila road tunnel in Hamina.
2013 Euro Alliance Tunnels JSC signs a contract with Koridori Serbia for the construction of
two twin pipe tunnels part of highway E75 /part of the Pan – European – Corridor X/.
A major company name change in the Euro Alliance Engineering group. Adval JSC changed
to Euro Alliance Tunnels JSC, Stroyinject JSC changed to Euro Alliance Geotechnics JSC,
SB Engineering changed to Euro Alliance Construction.
2014 Euro Alliance Engineering is the first company in Bulgarian History
to achieve 100 kilometers in constucted tunnels.
